NEWSTAR Exchange offerings are distributed by the company’s managing broker-dealer, a long-term partner spanning more than 10 years, including nearly $3 billion raised together for Preferred Apartment Communities prior to its sale to Blackstone Real Estate Investment Trust in 2022.
